The source
Naturally white salt from Egypt’s Western Desert
Our rock salt comes from the quarries of the Siwa Oasis, where salt is lifted from brilliant turquoise salt lakes and stockpiled under the desert sun. It is a raw, natural salt that is high in sodium chloride and low in moisture.
